Responsibilities:
  • Develop, own, and execute the marketing plans for the properties that define communications (traditional and digital), event, and PR strategies that will produce successful results, drive revenue, support leasing and development initiatives as needed and ultimately supporting The Trust’s success, bottom line and business plan.
  • Develop appropriate leasing materials utilizing existing project and corporate branding to support leasing.
  • Manage and grow communications, implementation of strategy to execute – externally as well as internally. Website, social media channels, tenant communication initiatives, reporting, and PR. Own the message, define and drive the results.
  • Understand the market and it impacts message, brand, communications and positioning for the property.
  • Manage associated marketing budgets to protect Federal’s and the property’s revenue, while controlling costs.
  • Support alternative revenue promotional opportunities as well as generate opportunities to drive revenue with a well laid out plan.
  • Oversee and direct the marketing calendars for the year, ensuring all events, strategies, and brand elements are complimenting each other and getting executed on time, on budget and are achieving identified goals.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role within a corporate environment; real estate or related industry, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve stated goals and deliverables
  • Must exhibit proven leadership and the ability to influence and be part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship building, both internally and externally, with various stakeholders
  • Extensive experience with various forms of social media and web-based mediums including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat
  • Demonstrated proficiency in desktop software: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, strongly preferred
  • Excellent creative writing and thinking skills and highly articulate verbal skills
  • Proven ability to communicate well, run fast, and be a positive force for the team
  • Demonstrated passion for marketing, teams, and people to benefit the short term and long term
  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying priorities simultaneously and deliver results on time and within/under budget
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to exercise independent judgment and sound decision making
  • Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including some evenings and weekends for events
