The Role
A GCC investment company is seeking an experienced Material Manager to take full responsibilities of the company new developments in Dubai.
Responsibilities

• Source, develop and maintain contractors, consultants and supplier relationships.
• Negotiates contracts and agreements with contractors, consultants & suppliers.
• Determine method of procurement and oversee all activities related to procurement.
• Maintain control and accuracy over inventory and analyze market and delivery conditions.
• Responsible for purchase orders, contracts, bids, proposals and vendor agreements.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers and contractors as and when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years related experience.
• 5+ years experience as Material Manager with Real Estate Development Company.
• Should have accomplished projects by bringing its contractors, consultants and contributed to project's success.
• Ability to work within approved budget, develop and implement cost saving measures and contribute to company’s profit.
• Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and/or Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager (CPIM) certification preferred.
