Duties and Responsibilities

Drafting of detailed mechanical drawings as per the instruction of the Mechanical engineer including fire fighting, airconditioning, water and drainage.
Coordinating Mechanical drawings with Structural, Electrical & Architectural team.
Operation of computer aided drafting equipment to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
Develop and convert the conceptual design into mechanical detailed drawing.
Prepare material take off quantity as requested.
Implement any comments or revision to drawings as required.
Analyze and document design details to enhance efficiencies.

Maintain company standards and improve upon them as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant Diploma.
Minimum 4 years of working experience with an architecture/engineering consultancy firm.
Fluent in English.
Proficient with Autodesk MEP Revit.
Experience of mechanical design software – Computer design package E-20, IES Design Suite, Amtech etc.
