Office Manager

Charterhouse is working with one of the most highly established holding companies in the region. Our client is adding to their portfolio of diverse businesses and is setting up a financial advisory company resulting in the requirement for an Office Manager. This is an exciting role for a candidate who has come from a financial services business and is looking for a role where they will have complete autonomy and responsibility for setting up an office with processes and procedures. Initially you will be tasked with project management of the fit out along with organising trade licenses and negotiating contracts with suppliers. Once you have everything up and running you will also support 4 Executives on a day-to-day basis with all of their travel arrangements, diary management and expense processing whilst dealing with all correspondence and administration for the office. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years banking / financial services background and ideally be Western educated. You should also be confident working independently.
