About Our Client

Job Description
- Organise office filing/administration systems
- Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
- Manage all correspondence
- Support the management team with recruitment (screening CV's, conducting telephone interviews)
- Ordering office supplies
- maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
- Ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload, often by using temping agencies
- Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline staff
- Delegate work to staff and manage their workload and output
- Promote staff development and training
- Implement and promote equality and diversity policy
- Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
The Successful Applicant
- Strong UAE experience within Office Manager roles (minimum 3-5 years)
- Bachelor degree (Preferred not essential)
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong time management/organisational skills
- Experience working within a PA role - beneficial
- Strong communication skills
