Job Description :
• Facilities coordinators will have to schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans and must discharge other operational duties.
• May also require to work in an administrative assistant capacity in addition to maintenance coordination.
Requirements :
• Should be available in UAE
• Have at least 1 year experience in an FM company of repute
• Must have capability to handle multiple project sites / contracts.
