Meraas Holding is involved in a number of high profile projects across Dubai, and is now hiring for the following position: Officer – Customer Service for our upcoming malls. Your role will be to support the Assistant Manager - Tenant and Customer Relations, with all aspects of daily administration and communication concerning Customer relationships at the malls. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
- Acting as the main point of contact, interaction and service representative to all visitors and tenants within the asset and to provide excellent service levels.
- Representing the asset as per Meraas’ standards and on the highest level of customer service
- Acting as a visitors’ directory services to point customers to stores & services related services.
- Carrying out general admin & document control duties at mall level
- Monitoring, responding and redirecting mall enquiry emails and phone calls
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should also hold a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role and should possess good knowledge of customer service. You will be required to hold a diploma in a relevant field and have excellent communication skills to effectively assist stakeholders as per Meraas’ standards and in addition have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
