Meraas Holding is involved in a number of high profile projects across Dubai, and is now hiring for the following position: Officer – Tenant Relation for our upcoming malls. Your role will be to support the Assistant Manager - Tenant and Customer Relations, with all aspects of daily administration and communication concerning Tenants at the malls.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;

• Assisting and supporting the Assistant Manager - Tenant and Customer Relations in managing daily mall customer service and tenant relationship activities.
• Keeping all Tenant files / documentation up to date.
• Facilitating in providing quick / immediate response towards tenants’ enquiries, issues, problems and concerns
• Building business relationship to better understand tenants’ respective business models in order to facilitate their business and operations requirements.
• Processing all legal / statutory notices concerning Tenant requests, alterations, violations etc.
• Inspecting Tenant demises and record any lease / H&S violations etc.
• Coordinating internally with other functions / departments for a consolidated annual calendar of events / activities / campaigns / maintenance exercise

Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate should also hold a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and should possess good knowledge of Tenant relationship. You will be required to hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have excellent communication skills to effectively assist stakeholders as per Meraas’ standards and in addition have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
