Missions Organization Officer besides your transversal missions as local project stakeholder acts as support of CLSi and BCP Manager (Organization manager).
Your main responsibilities will be :
1/ Support of CLSi (Local Information Security Coordinator)
- Maintain local staff awareness in coordination with IT Dept and the users for information systems security ;
- Produce Monthly Atypical Leave Monitoring for Permanent Control ;
- Review and Secure the User Controlled Applications ;
- Ensure the consistency between Grant and the application rights ;
- Produce SCOPE indicator for Permanent Control ;
- Follow-up CLSi Roadmap as defined by the Head Office: Application recertification campaign, Monthly reconciliation process for application with extractors, Yearly reconciliation at profiles level for Sensitive applications.
2/ Support of Business Continuity Plan Manager (BCP Manager) :
- Maintain in operational condition the Bank business continuity plan and crisis management organization ;
- Coordinate the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaign for all business lines and support functions ;
- Define and implement user recovery solutions according to the requirements expressed in the BIA ;
- Formalize BCP documentation for each business line and support function ;
- Schedule the annual BCP tests of the different recovery solutions and make sure tests are performed ;
- Schedule an annual BCP committee to validate the BIA and the conclusions of the BCP Tests ;
- Follow up and coordinate the action plan as validated in the BCP Committee.
Transversal Missions :
- Understand the local organization and the IT framework to provide ongoing regular support to the departments and the Users and introduce organizational modifications /improvements whenever possible (to be proactive in looking for new solutions and to put forward practical organization proposals)
- Act as a regular project correspondent /or local project manager, in association with the Organization Manager , (and where of relevance , the IT Dept, the COO, the other Support or Front Office Depts) for the various transversal HO-driven projects ;
- Support on Core Banking applications to meet regulatory constraints and to reinforce controls performed by Support functions ;
- Coordinate and follow up Key Performance Indicator.
