- Work effectively as part of the team.
- Develop written course outlines and course materials.
- Set and conduct tests, evaluating students' knowledge of the subject matter as required.
- Enhance students' skills within the areas of Islamic Studies, whilst coping with the latest trends in the field.
- Maintain office hours to guide and advise students.

| Qualification |
- Master's degree in Islamic Studies from an accredited university.
- Teaching experience at a university level is required for at least two years.
- Good command of both Arabic and English.
- Strong, solid and recent research record in the expertise required by the position.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in academic programs based on the American Model of Education.
- Knowledge of computer is a must - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
