• Communicate with HR Admin Manager for visa documentation and submission.
• Assist in visa processing to procure visa (of any kind)
• Liaise with immigration authority, labour department authorities & embassies.
• Responsible for the presence of statutory documents relating to the presence & working of employees in the country.
• Liaise with HR manager & businesses for many statutory/other registrations & their renewals.
• Work in close coordination with the HR Team, to provide user expertise, to identify test and resolve immigration and
legality related issues and proactively keep them advised on industry and business user requirements into system
requirements.
• Coordinates with HR Administration in all related issues.
• Maintaining all employees immigration and labour status.
• Providing necessary help in any other department when requested.
