Qualifications 
Education: Advanced University degree in the field of energy, environment, social sciences or any other relevant field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience: A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in the energy sector, some of which should be at the international level; experience in international cooperation and in dealing with multilateral agencies, networks and forums; experience of work in an industry association or civil society organisation would have an added value.
Languages: Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages that are used in the region is desirable.
