Project Engineer
We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC in the for a:
PROJECT ENGINEER
This is an opportunity for you to carry on EPC project with through its various phases up to the completion.
Your main duties will be to: -
- Ensure the construction and erection of work is in accordance with specifications and approved drawings; should follow good engineering practice approved codes, quality and applicable standards.
- Maintain liaison with consultant and contractor for getting approval on project design and execution and for any changes in underground cable routes.
- Coordinate with site supervisory staff to keep a check on Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, SCADA / Communication and other works being executed by the contractor and ensure their compliance with contract documents.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings to discuss project progress, problems and resolution both internally and externally and prepare minutes of meetings and follow up
- Conduct project site visits to check and monitor project progress and raise any issues.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
