  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDefinition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring  technical feasibility
  • Definition of project team for each project, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Coordinate and manage internal resources and/or third party vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring deliverable are available on time
  • Manage the execution of the project with an eye on quality
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Regularly report on project progress, escalating issues to management as necessary
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, in a geographically dispersed environment (e.g. Dubai, Cairo, Hamburg)
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Close projects with appropriate closure processes
  • Contribute to continued improvement in the Group Project Management Organization
QUALIFICATION
  • Preferably in the fields of computer science and/or engineering
EXPERIENCE

  • >5 years proven working experience in project management in the mobile/web technology sector
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Experience working with Telcos is a plus
  • Experience working in a SaaS company is a plus
SKILLS

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of issue tracking tools (eg JIRA) is a plus
CERTIFICATION
  • PMI or equivalent certification is a plus
LANGUAGE
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
