The Heart of Europe is looking for dynamic and energetic seasoned sales professionals who have experience in the real estate industry in Dubai. If you have the ability to sell and intelligently consult with a range of high net worth clients in order to advise them on different investment options, we would be glad to meet with you.
Responsibilities
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship
- Convincing prospective clients that the project is the right one to make their investments in and agree the terms
- Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
- Making appointments and accompanying clients to site visits
- Adhere to KPIs discussed by the Sales Director
- Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities using THOE sales methods
- Conduct yourself in a professional and punctual manner
- Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 1 year in the Dubai Real Estate Market
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluency in Arabic and other foreign languages will be an added advantage
- A sales-focused attitude
- Able to network effectively
- Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Understanding of the UAE property market
- Knowledge of CRM is an advantage
