Crompton Partners Estate Agents are looking for individuals to be a part of Professional Agents. We allow agents the freedom to come and go as they wish, we treat them like adults, not newbies who need to be handheld throughout their career.

• Preferably with experience in Real Estate within UAE
• Native English speaker
• Should be able to interact with all nationalities
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
• Excellent sales & rental skills
• Professional & motivated
• A valid UAE driving license with a car

Responsibilities:

• Generate, manage, and list property leads.
• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
• Assess the clients’ requirements and economic capabilities and aim for appropriate recommendations.
• Assist owners/landlords promoting their properties and draw clients/buyers.
• Valuation of properties through thorough market research and previous dealings.
• Supply information on UAE Real Estate policies, guidelines, rates, property features and availability.
• Coordinate property auctions and exchanges.
• Facilitate the transaction between sellers and buyers in good service, lawful and beneficial agreement.
• Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
• Cooperate with numbers of property network such as contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other involved parties.
• Continuous learning and practice regarding property market.
