RECRUITMENT (Marketing Manager) - Profit Sharing Scheme

The Responsibilities On Your Part as below: -

You will be a single point Account Manager for all kinds’ of projects for which you will post us manpower requirement.
You are expected to introduce our company profile (overseas recruitment) to the companies in your areaand generate it into new clients.
You shall drop us immediately the manpower requirement received from the companies approached by you.
You will be responsible to maintain the MIS track records of sourced for billing to clients.
You are expected to target the companies like those hire bulk requirement from Trading & Contracting Firms, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Building & Road Constructions, Hotel & Catering Industries and many more as per your choice.
You are free even to approach the industries / companies from other cities as well, it is all on your own choice.
You will inform us the clients' interviews criteria skype / Telephonic / IMO / Face-2-Face / CV selection for our immediate preparation.
You must request the client to issue Demand Letter, Power Of Attorney and Sample Agreement Contract, if any client wants our services.
You will be following up with the clients for Offer Letters, Issuance of Visa, and even for additional manpower requirements.
