Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organization assessment and upgrading the talent through strategic staffing and developing pipeline talent
- Supports culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
- Develops HR talent within the MEA region Partners with clients and HR Leaders to ensure employees are aligned with business objectives.
- Provides a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives to include staffing, compliance, talent management, employee development and employee engagement.
- Facilitates solutions to employee and leadership issues: developing and implementing HR strategy, policies and processes and proactive development and coaching of leaders.
- Drives performance management with key focus on talent development.
- Develops and facilitates solutions for collaborative problem solving within a matrix organization. Ensures adherence to company policy and procedure and employment law
- Participates in development of HR practices and initiatives; may lead in development of a functional area of expertise
- Effects change directly and through HR team.
- MEA Regional HR experience desired.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and promote the linkage between business and human resources activities.
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence others.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines, managing several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interface effectively and tactfully with employees, various levels of management, as well as external customers and service providers.
- Self-starter who can proactively approach issues and problems and bring to closure.
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in interpreting and applying policies to problems.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- degree in Human Resources or business related field from an accredited college/university •
