Regional Manager Talent&Organizational; Development

Job Description:
Role Purpose Provide specialist analytical input, supporting implementation of local Talent Resourcing and Organisational Development (TROD) initiatives as part of the Specialist team working predominantly on projects within a specific specialist area. Impact on the Business ? Support the implementation of relevant TROD products within the business, aligned with regional TROD strategy, and coordinate key strategic processes, working through the Generalist teams ? Support needs analysis and demand planning for the relevant specialist area, proactively interacting with HR Generalists to understand business issues ? Utilise Group-wide and regional TROD guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies to ensure Talent, Resourcing or Organisational Development architecture is closely aligned to business needs Customers / Stakeholders ? Establish and sustain effective partnerships with across TROD teams, Generalists teams, HR Service Delivery and Business Support to enable the delivery of ?One HR? ? Develop specialist knowledge through research of published material and market trends, facilitating effective information-sharing with HR and the business ? Support Specialist in HR Generalists in facilitating key people discussions and decisions with the business through provision of TROD guidelines, frameworks and tools ? Support appropriate communication of HR initiatives, with Business Support and Internal Communications, to realise improved business performance Leadership & Teamwork Establish and maintain close working relationships with TROD Specialists to ensure business managers are provided with timely strategic advice related to area of expertise ? Role model behaviours required for delivery of the transformed function Operational Effectiveness & Control ? Provide analytics for reporting on relevant TROD initiatives against agreed Key Performance Indicators ? Work with Business Support to provide effective reporting as appropriate ? Undertake external research and analysis to support benchmarking and innovation as appropriate ? Deliver tasks and activities as part of project deliverables in collaboration with TROD team members Major Challenges ? Awareness of the Operational Risk scenarios associated with the role and ensures that all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring. ? Compliance with HR risk policies and standards and ensures initiatives are in accordance with Group Risk standards and policy.

Candidate Profile:
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications ? Proven track record of supporting senior Specialists to implement initiatives ? Well developed presentation skills, including qualitative- and quantitative- type data ? Competent numerical and analytical skills
