ExperienceMinimum of three years in a reputed hotel with the same capacity.
SkillsSupervise the workload amongst self and waiting staff in the outlet. Initiate and maintain follow up of work requested.Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. Take orders from the tables and pass these onto Waiters. Maintain good working relationship as with colleagues, and all other departments, Oversee the waiter, busboy during service and offer assistance where necessary. Candidates should possess good communication skills
