Retail Sales Executive
Reports to: Retail Store Manager;
Responsibilities:
Assisting & Serving customers in electing products meeting their requirements .
Job Duties:
Greeting customers; offering them assistance.
Directs customers by escorting them to shelves; suggesting items.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Building relationships with customers.
Helps customers make selections by product knowledge; building customer confidence.
Recording and following up customers requirements.
Processes payments by various payment means.
Communicating with Healthcare professionals when necessary.
Correct Recording of Sales.
Notifying Store Manager of Out of Stock Items.
Assisting fellow team members in communicating with customers.
Securing stocks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Listening, Customer Service, cheerful, Meeting Sales targets , Selling Skills , Enthusiastic , Verbal Communication skills in English & Arabic , willingness to learn , Problem solving skills .
Degree in Life Sciences.
Arabic Speaking with 1-2 years Professional
Experience in Retail/customer service.
Must have a background of Physiotherapy, Nurse, Life Science
Salary Package:
Paying between 4,ooo to 7,000 AED
