Retail Sales Representative
As per our current requirement of the business. we need 5 Arabic Speaking staff, to be shortlisted for Etisalat UAE Retail Operation-SGT.
Our criteria are as mention below.
• New Opening for 5 candidates only.
• Nationalities – Indian/Pakistani/Philippines, who can also Speak Arabic Language Fluently.
• We need only male staff only
Job Description:
Identify customers’ needs and expectations.
• Serve customers in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate brand values at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through retail experience by providing information on all of our products and services to help the customer to make suitable choices.
• Achieve the individual agreed quantitative sales targets for different product and services.
• Contribute to the agreed team quantitative sales targets.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Retail Sales and company specific policies and procedures.
• Handle different forms of payments including cash and credit cards.
• Ensure adherence to the agreed policies and procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure company image and brand values are illustrated at all times.
• Provide feedback to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide full range of after sales services and seek first step resolution whenever possible on any issues.
• Ensure and update knowledge of all retail systems to ensure streamlined effective services.
• Check and display stock as required and ensure shop appearance is always in line with the set company standards.
• Be flexible to provide support across the shops if required.
• Assist in general administration and smooth running of the shop.
• Continuously develop own skills by attending all required training courses and maintaining an up to date knowledge of products, services, systems and work processes necessary to c
