Reports to: Retail Manager
Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing merchandise; supervising staff.
Job Duties:
o Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
o Orienting, and Training employees.
o Cooperate with Retail Manager in coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees (If necessary); planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
o Achieves financial targets by analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
o Identifies current and future customer requirements.
o Ensures availability of merchandise by maintaining inventories.
o Cooperates with Retail Manager in formulating pricing strategies by reviewing stock status ; studying market trends and determining additional needed sales promotion , and clearance sales (if Necessary).
o Building relationships with key customers and decision makers.
o Secures merchandise by ensuring efficacy of security systems and measures.
o Providing a safe and clean store environment.
o Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
o Suggesting a marketing strategy changes by reviewing operations and Sales records.
o Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks with suppliers; striving to understand trends and Merchandise.
o Maintains operations by coordinating, and enforcing company`s Policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
o Customer Focus, Tracking Expenses, Pricing, Supplier Relationships, Market Knowledge, Results Driven, Planning, Client Relationships, ability to lead team, Verbal Communication.
o Professional experience in Business and Retail.
o BS degree in Nursing , Pharmacy, Life Sciences is a Plus.
o More than 5 years working locally in Class A Retail Stores Like: Boots ; Bin Sina ; Paris Gallery ; Faces ; Sephora.
Salary Package:
Paying between 10,000 to 12,000 AED
