Reports to: Retail Manager
Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing merchandise; supervising staff.
Job Duties:
Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Orienting, and Training employees.
Cooperate with Retail Manager in coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees (If necessary); planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Achieves financial targets by analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Identifies current and future customer requirements.
Ensures availability of merchandise by maintaining inventories.
Cooperates with Retail Manager in formulating pricing strategies by reviewing stock status ; studying market trends and determining additional needed sales promotion , and clearance sales (if Necessary).
Building relationships with key customers and decision makers.
Secures merchandise by ensuring efficacy of security systems and measures.
Providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Suggesting a marketing strategy changes by reviewing operations and Sales records.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks with suppliers; striving to understand trends and Merchandise.
Maintains operations by coordinating, and enforcing company`s Policies.
