Sales Account Executive

One of our main pillars for market penetration is having a persuasive and highly motivated sales team.Vortex Events is looking for an experienced sales executive in events and exhibitions industry, to join its goal-oriented team.

The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Manage key accounts
- Be the point of contact for clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Resolve problems and handle complaints during mock-ups,build-up and post event queries in a timely manner
- Identify new potential customers
- Supervise sales account representatives
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in events and exhibitions industry
- Establish best practices for the team
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 3 years experience in exhibitions and events industry
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers
- Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers
