Sales Associate Mission
  • Have a deep and broad understanding of the customer and the luxury landscape.
  • Show the capacity to build, target, establish and foster long-term relationships with clients and support brand awareness.
  • Embody retail excellence strategy and reflect the brand luxury and lifestyle positioning.

Main Assignments

  • Finalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategy.
  • Use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the stores
  • Thrive on having Brand, Product, and Craftsmanship knowledge
  • Contribute to team work by sharing information and best practices
  • Participate in maintaining visual merchandising according to company and seasonal guidelines
  • Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book
  • Uphold respect of the company standards and procedures
  • Keep stock info updated and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures
  • Cultivate customer relationships
  • Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer and service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to several types of Customers
  • 2+ years Sales experience in fashion & luxury contexts
  • Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages also will be preferable)
  • Excellent communication and empathetic skills
  • Commercial results orientation
  • Good team player
  • Multitasking, flexible
  • Capacity to work in a fast moving, dynamic and stressing environment
