Sales Cum Customer Service (Female -Filipino )
An FMCG company is looking for young dynamic and passionate Filipino Female with experience in sales and customer service. Preferably Candidates with 2-3 years of UAE experience working in similar position with good business acumen.
Primary responsibilities:
-Focus on sales and achieve a fruitful result.
-Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
-Should be able to help customers identify and sell the products they desire.
-Participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate new customer.
-Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients
-Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
-Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
-Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
-Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Sell products and services.
-Utilize computer technology including ERP to handle customer service.
-Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Skills:
Team player, hard worker, trustworthy person with Good command of English language.
UAE Driving Licence is mandatory .
