What will you be doing?The Sales Development Trainee will be part of the Sales Development team, reporting to VP of Business Development. The trainee will assist individuals, families and companies that have applied for health insurance on our online platform.

  • Making a great first impression on customers as a Bayzat vanguard
  • Developing and improving the customer experience
  • Escalating your consulting skills and working on real-life customer issues
  • Emailing, calling and building relationships with applicants
  • Helping clients understand how health insurance works and presenting them with different options

TimelineThe Sales Development Trainee program will last 6 weeks in our Dubai office. During the first 2 weeks, you will go through o rigorous training program that will get you up to speed on the insurance industry. You will also get the necessary sales and product training. During the following 4 weeks, you will get your hands dirty. There will be no shortage of hands-on experience: you'll be talking to prospects/clients and asking them plenty of questions to help them figure out what they need.
