SALES ENGINEER (CHEMICAL)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure Company’s presence in the market, increase the sales of our products and acquire a larger market share.
• Plan and develop detailed market analysis and monthly surveys on competition.
• Assist in the development of a marketing strategy to increase sales of the mentioned products.
• Monitor the agents and distributors network in the area and provide them with technical, commercial and logistical support for a better performance.
• Contribute in preparing sales forecast of the area.
• Organize and follow-up the sales process from A to Z and solve any problems which might appear during the process.
• Inform the Sales Manager and product managers for a better knowledge of the market and propose a strategy for sales and marketing taking into accounts remarks and suggestions.
• Report to the Sales Manager the necessary business information and development on weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide the sales manager and product managers with strategic information to adapt product quality and introduce new products developed by the Company to suit market needs.

Qualifications:
• Master’s in Sales & Marketing or B.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or dual background
• Proven experience in Marketing and Sales of Chemicals.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and sales – closing skills.
• Must be familiar with chemical industries.
• Must speak English & Arabic; French will be a plus.
