Sales Executive (UAE Driving Licence)

One of our clients is looking for Sales Executive for one of the reputed chain of Hotels in UAE.

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible to work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to drive business needs through sales channels to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. The role includes key responsibilities such as:

• Generate and maintain accounts and assigned segments through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, cold calls, telephone calls etc) Implement & execute sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets
• Analyse and review direct competition to ensure complete awareness of competitor’s activities at all times.
• Effectively upselling the products and services
• Ensure all plans and activities are implemented to achieve a successful strategy
• Building and developing strong and productive relationships with business partners.
• Providing feedback on changes in marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, the designated market areas.
• Attending major events in hotel & city as requested by Department Head
• Effectively communicate with other departments, especially Banquet, Reservation, Front Office

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Experience: Candidates must have minimum 2-4 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience covering Deira area of Dubai for sales calls

Nationality: Indian and preferably South Indians

Skill & Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree
• MUST HAVE minimum 2 years working experience in UAE within Sales Department of a Reputed Hotel
• MUST HAVE hotel industry experience within UAE

• Must have UAE DRIVING LICENCE

• Excellent MS Office skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes
• Should be able to effectively up-sell products and services
• Should be able to bring sales to closure
