Business Development Executive
Recently established ICT & Telecommunications Consultancy Providing Mobile, Fixed Line, VAS and Digital Solutions to the SME segment in the UAE.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Solution Sales / Business Development Executive to join our successful B2B client facing team. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years Channel Partner experience with either of the telco’s in the UAE.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual financial targets and agreed quality of business objectives through:
  • Generate opportunities and convert, by calling prospective net new clients
  • Converting leads generated by digital/tele marketing into actual sales orders
  • Work with existing SME customers to upsell and cross sell products & solutions
  • Ongoing management of the existing pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity management
  • Work with stakeholders across the business, to deliver a client experience that is compelling enough to ensure long-term retention and growth in spend
  • Work with vendor(s) to ensure that our SME product proposition is relevant to the needs of the clients and more compelling than our competitors
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of vendor(s) SME digital marketing proposition and broader technology developments so that the advice offered to clients is the most relevant and beneficial
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the commercial landscape so that engagements with clients can be framed in the context as business impacting
Essential requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a role supporting or selling ICT & Telecoms/Digital Marketing Solutions & IT Hardware in the B2B segment
  • Good understanding of the UAE market
  • Broad-based understanding of core on premise technologies, including end-point devices, server, storage and networking
  • Articulate & with great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present and articulate the value proposition to key decision makers
  • Broad understanding of the ICT & Telecommunications industry and an ability to discuss and understand client business issues and challenges
  • Have driving license and own car
  • English, Hindi, Malayalam & Arabic (not essential) speaking candidates
Salary range from 3K-3.5K, you will be eligible to take part on the company incentive scheme and your target(s) will be set by your manager. Company laptop and SIM will be provided.
