Job Outline

We are looking for a Sales Executive for one of our  Fashion - Retail outlets in Dubai, UAE – Le petit bateau.

The successful candidate will be responsible to represent the company and promote the brand product portfolio by executing the brand sales strategy and maintain customer satisfaction levels.

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs in order to exceed customer’s expectations.


• Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening / closing procedures.


• Maintain positive customer and employee relations; reporting any problems/complaints immediately to the store manager.


• Assist with inventory, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs to ensure sales targets are achieved.


• Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment.


• Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise.


• Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.


• Be aware of possible damage, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to store manager.

Minimum Qualification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience

Minimum Experience

• Prior retail experience, preferably in Fashion.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Job Specific: Customer Service / Product Knowledge / Grooming / Merchandising / Self-Management/ Cash Till Operations.


• Generic Skills: Bilingual / Communication Skills / Interpersonal Skills / Problem Solving
