Develop New and Existing Geographic Markets
Develop and maintain relationships with Turnkey and Complimentary solution providers
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Carestream’s HCIS portfolio of solutions
Maintain up to date knowledge of competitor’s solution offering
Maintain up to date knowledge of Healthcare IT trends in the Region
Understand and manage the Sales Cycle through the use of corporate tools to accurately forecast opportunities
Financial responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual HCIS bookings targets
Maintaining and Developing Relationships with Key Accounts
Data Collection
Commercial Presentations
Engagement with VITO
Arrange Site Visits
Managing the relationship with Channel Partners
Evaluation of IT capabilities
Sourcing new IT capable Channels
Knowledge Transfer
Account Management
Financial Negotiations
Solution Proposals
Understanding and preparation of Technical Configurations
Participation in Radiology and IT Events and Exhibitions

Degree or equivalent industry experience (MBA preferred)
Over 5 years sales management experience in the Healthcare or IT industries, preferably in Healthcare IT
Over 5 years experience working with indirect Channel Partners
Excellent Language skills,
Mandatory, English fluency written and spoken
Arabic language fluency written and spoken
French language fluency written and spoken
Gender, Male (regional culture & visa restrictions)
Experience in managing Multi Cultural Teams
Self motivated
Highly developed problem solving skills
Strong Team Player
Works well under pressure
Good communication and teaching skills
Demonstrable experience in implementing sales procedures and processes
