| Job Description: | PURPOSE OF THE JOB The purpose of this job is to build the team, motivating and delivering sales targets on a monthly basis. The right candidate will have experience as a Manager running sales teams and be able to demonstrate a proven track record. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES 1. Managing a team of sales professionals 2. Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives 3. Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance 4. Exposure to regional and global markets 5. Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets |
| Key Skills: | - Decent presentation and communication skills. Avoid fake accents. - They should have good energy and drive. - Stability is a Must Experience : Min 10-16 years of sales experience with At least 4 years of team handling experience Location – DUBAI Gender Male Only Team Management – 4 years ( small to medium size) Industry : Sales experience with Real estate Developers/Real Estate Brokerage or Agency/Timeshare/Life Insurance firms only. From Life insurance firm, candidate should be working as Sales Managers, Branch Managers & Agency Development managers. DO NOT look at candidates who are at levels higher than this i.e. Area Managers/Zonal Managers/Regional Managers/Vice Presidents. *SHOULD HAVE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT SALES ONLY Ideal Designations – Insurance (Agency Development Manager, Senior Partner) Timeshare (Sales Managers and Branch Managers). They should have a stable profile. With at least 10-16 years of work experience out of which 4 years should be in a team management role. |
