Main Objective
- Responsibility for all Product Management / Body-builder management topics of VANs.
- Adaptation and preparation of training material for the region, carry out of trainings and coordination with training department
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop suitable and relevant marketing activities
Product Management / Body-builder management:
- Coordinating the solutions for the technical product issues between all General Distributors in MENA Region and Van division.
- Preparation and evaluation of vehicle specifications for the GDs, technical consultation with market managers.
- Follow-up new market trends, provide regular market segments and competitor analysis, assess the impact of changing regulation to our product portfolio.
- Based on customer requirements and market analysis product amendments and/or improvement have to be suggested and implemented.
- Provide product and technical support to General Distributors as well as to body builders; in close cooperation with the respective market managers.
- Support function for local homologation topics/processes related to production requirements (vehicle specs, code releases) with GDs/Van division/plants together with the dedicated CV homologation responsible person at Daimler MENA.
- Support the Marketing team by providing product input for marketing related activities (product brochures, data sheets, and product website).
- Adaptation and preparation of training material and information according to Middle East / North Africa specifications.
- Develop a motivation and retention program for the dedicated Van Sales force.
- Carry out of product trainings and product updates for GD sales force.
- Training for MB sales tools (MBKS, PIT, Bodybuilder site) and CV Sales related IT systems (AFAB order system, VAZ).
