Role Overview
Due to expansion of our retail banking business, we are looking for a number of ambitious individuals to help grow our portfolio of customers. At HSBC our customers’ needs are fundamental therefore if you have a passion for customer service we would like to hear from you. Opportunities exist in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. If you have a background in sales within the banking industry this is of course highly desirable. If you have a sales background in different industries and you are customer service focused, we are of course keen to hear from you also. Duties & Responsibilities
Maximize sales opportunity from allocated territory
By providing a single point of contact for AEL companies.
By implementing proactive/ creative initiatives to generate sales and meet monthly & annual sales targets.
By building long term relationships with ‘key’ contacts.
By targeting competitors’ quality customers and transferring them to HSBC.
By identifying new business opportunities.
By Selling 5 Core products
Provide efficient and personalized customer service
By providing advice, guidance and solutions in a structured manner to the customers according to their ‘need’.
By proactively broadening & deepening relationships with HSBC customers through effective customer contact thereby enhancing the financial value for HSBC.
By increasing awareness amongst customers about remote/ alternative distribution channels.
Use Complaint Manager System to record complaints. Ensure SLA is met at all times.
Ensuring a professional image is maintained by wearing staff ID and uniform
Make recommendations to the line on how to enhance our processes and procedures
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications
• Background in sales (including various retail industries) is highly desirable
• Banking experience is highly desirable
• Customer focused with the ability to build relationships quickly
• High standard of written and spoken English is essential.
• Excellent communication skills – confident communicator
• Arabic speaker(s) preferred
