Sales Planning Analyst

Based in Dubai in our Middle East & Africa HQ, this is a role for a true data analyst. Sitting in the Marketing team, you will be the primary leader, facilitator, and analyst of the Climate Middle East & Africa (MEA) demand management process. You will be responsible for driving the sales process by partnering with internal stakeholders to assemble customer demand plans, preparing monthly forecast reports that are presented to senior management and used for key planning decisions. Your input will enable sound decision making through report generation, data management, and data analysis.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with internal stakeholders (Sales & Marketing Managers) to build comprehensive sales forecast for plants and distribution centres
* Identifying risks/opportunities/constraints and potential solutions
* Leading, planning, and facilitating monthly meetings with the Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, Distributions Services Managers, and Directors
* Preparing reports/charts for presentation at the Pre Sales & Operations Reviews
* Analysing, presenting, and clarifying forecasts to MEA senior management at Executive meetings to enable key decision making
* Building all required sales and forecast reports and submits to appropriate plant locations. (India, Thailand, China, USA, Europe)
* Supporting internal stakeholders with ad-hoc reports and analysis
* Driving key improvement projects that update and streamline processes as to become more accurate and less time consuming
* Performing other functions as may be deemed necessary and needed to deliver the output guided by the company's vision, mission and employee policies
