Job Description
- Will be responsible for taking appointments, confirming appointments, receiving and welcoming guests, offering salon tours providing relevant information to each area.
- Undergo clear and accurate cashiering responsibilities as per the set SOP’s by the management.
- Fully responsible for handling cash, credit cards or any other monetary methods during the given working shift.
- Ensure proper income report by the end of each working day as well settling monetary revenue as set by the management.
- Be responsible of opening and closing of the salon as instructed by management.
- To be aware of all treatments offered and any promotion on offer at any given time.
- Assist with demonstrations/ events as required.
- Must adhere to training as set down by the director of Salon and head of Salon Manager.
- To always be punctual and prepared Salon area before shift started.
- To be able to understand and execute as per the book the set SOP’s given by the Salon Management.
- Will be expected to aid therapist/beautician/ hairdresser in setting up treatments and coordinating in between clients or treatments.
- To received training to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at work law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored within 86 Beauty Lounge.
- To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by the Salon Management.
- Courtesy to guests and other member of staff at all times
- To attend to guests on both the relaxation and waiting areas ensuring that they are comfortable as well as offering drinks.
- Always maintain a clean and neat personal appearance but wearing the given uniform at all times.
- With in depth knowledge in operations, Sales & Marketing
