EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree in science / Engineering, Business Administration or related field required. SAP certification preferred. With Minimum 3 years’ experience as a functional consultant / developer in several SAP modules (ex. SD, MM, WM,FICO). Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database Theory. Experienced in at least one SAP implementation and working with external SAP resources.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Ability to maintain ABAP enhancements, Smart forms, SAP Script forms, eCATTS, and SQ01 reports.
Comprehensive knowledge of several of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, WM, FICO, BW
Logical approach to problem solving with strong analytical skills. Ability to proceed through system diagnostics in
a logical and orderly manner is essential. Excellent attention to detail. Effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to present ideas, and/or facts and recommendations effectively. Strong interpersonal and team building skills with ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel. Strong commitment to customer service and meeting deadlines. Excellent follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Ability to work independently with little direction. Comprehensive knowledge of business process, can quickly bridge business requirements to system solution.
1. Participate in at least one or two SAP projects as standalone functional consultant. Can propose business
solution according business requirements.
2. Familiar with ABAP program, can development SAP Enhancement base on business requirements, at least well
know SQ01/02, familiar with BDC, ABAP report development, nice have skill of smart form development.
3. Logical thinking, good business awareness, willing to learn and extend to other functional modules. This position
will not only limit to one SAP module.
4. Excellent knowhow of SAP project management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in Management of SAP or Business Process related projects, including timeline, budget, coordination,
execution and project communication (ex. steering committees, newsletters). Responsible for driving elements of SAP projects (ex. hardware, Basis, BW, functional, ext…).Issues recommendations and makes technical decisions to timely deliver efficient and cost effective solutions on technical topics. Understands the business requirement and coordinates the timely delivery of “agreed on” solutions on functional topics. Handles related communication.
Supports existing SAP processes and related user operation of system, including: categorizing user questions (ex.
“documentation”, “bug fix”, “improvement”) and creating tickets; reproducing the problem in QAS, if appropriate. If
“documentation” type - documenting the answer and confirming with the requestor that the ticket can be closed. If
“bug fix” or “improvement” type, then starting an “SAP initiative”. Coordinates “SAP initiatives” (ex. fixes, new features, upgrades…) and ensures the proper resolution to these changes: ticket, implementation or coordination of the implementation in DEV, unit testing, integration testing in QAS including follow-up, documentation, training, roll-out or coordination of the roll-out in PRD once change is approved in QAS, closure of the ticket Works closely with the Director of Business System to make sure all applications are meeting business, performance and availability requirements.
Meets established deadlines for delivery of business system tasks and projects as required. Plans, organizes, and controls activities and develops internal work procedures to assure consistent and quality services. Stays current with developments within SAP field and strives to continuously maintain expertise in use of SAP system. Supports staff in developing SAP expertise. Responds to Business System Director as assigned with accurate and timely work. Provides general support to all departments as needed. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
