Scrum Master & Project Manager
We are looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager to join the team in Dubai.
Project Managers and Scrum Masters at Tigerspike are responsible for managing the successful delivery of world leading Personal Media applications to Tier 1 national and international clients. They are accountable for the entire project lifecycle from commercial sign-off and conception through design, engineering, test and release.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for Scrum Master who are great communicators, energetic problem solvers and above all organised individuals. You’ll need to be comfortable managing the creation of first class user experiences for some of the world’s best known brands. The key responsibilities are:
100% client facing while managing all communication channels and forums within the project including meetings, workshops, email and documentation
Managing multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment anticipating, identifying and proactively managing risks & issues through the use of project tools and maintaining project documentation in line with Tigerspike’s standards and processes
Managing, reviewing and analysing project budgets & resource including actioning change and resource requests
Desired Skills & Experience
It is crucial that you have a strong understanding of project management methodologies with experience managing technical and digital projects. The key requirements are:
4-7 years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience with 2 years in the mobile industry
Experience in applying a variety of project management methodologies where appropriate
Desired formal accreditations include Prince2, Agile and Scrum
Experience working with and managing multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally with experience specifically delivering projects to Tier 1 brands
Fully conversant in the MS office suite (including MS Project) together with other project tools such as Jira

Its safe! Think of all the wonderful but dangerous metropolitans around the world and remove the dangerous part. That will be Dubai. People still leave their houses with their door open. That’s how safe it is!
Its fun! Oh yeah, you just need to be around the right people to take you to all the great places - beach parties, parks for picnic on a weekend morning, clubs and bars, little areas called villages with concerts, tennis championships, exhibitions.
Its holiday around the year! You don't need to hop a plane to travel to somewhere exotic. You just need to drive an hour or two to one of the neighbouring emirates, check into one of their resorts, go for a full day waterpark fun and enjoy.
Its winter in the desert! Yep, in the desert, inside a mall there's a massive ski slope, little penguins to hug, hot chocolate to slurp and experience the cold season if you've had enough of the sun and beaches.
Its cultural! Expos, food and music festivals, museums, concerts all around the year. Both Dubai and its neighbour Abu Dhabi are well known to be the hosts of concerts given by the most famous artist in the music industry.
Its sports! Tennis, marathon, football, you name it.
