Senior Engineer

The candidate must have an experience of 2-6 years in Transmission Networks technology, especially in DWDM and SDH. S/he must have knowledge in domains like Networking and Telecom. Knowledge on DWDN Equipment vendors like Transmode, Tejas, Infinera will be preferred.

Requirement:

Willing to work for Network Support and provide online/on-site support to client.

Willing to travel as per business requirement.

Must coordinate with TAC for Network issue resolutions & ensure that response and resolution timelines are met for field network issues, as per committed SLA of Tejas Client .

Willing to work on project activities.

Monthly customer network up time reports are required.

Should be able to work on preventive and corrective action / methods/ procedures.

Should attend customer project review meetings/operational review meetings and provide updates to customer.

Problem report, analysis, internal follow up and closures are required.
