Principle Accountability:
1.Ensure smooth functioning of day to day HR operations and meeting deliverables2.Ensure adherence to company policy & procedures across company3.Foster good employee relations environment by periodic meetings with shop floor employees & line Managers / addressing their grievances/resolving employment related issues etc.
Job Responsibilities
a)Prepare and maintain Dashboards for HR operations in respect of Recruitment/VISA processingb)Build control system and workflow for all HR process with an aim to increase effectiveness, improving TAT and reducing leakages.c)Prepare a robust Exit clearance process adhering to company policy and ensures all activities are completed with necessary documentation.
Employee Relations
a) Conduct periodic HR visits to Stores/Warehouse/Factory address queries/grievances and resolve any employment issues by consulting with HR Head/Business Head.b) Ensure timely conduct of “HR Reach” & Sampark to get the first hand employee feedback and Initiate actions to improve employee morale and productivity by devising and implementing HR interventions.c) Conducting disciplinary actions for – Late rejoiners/ under performers/ wrong work behaviours.
VISA/Pathaka Application/Renewal/ Cancellations
a) Bring improvements PR process of the company by reducing the TAT, Cost and not compromising on quality.
