JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Roles:
Lead the receptionist function and ensure that all tasks are performed in a synchronized and professional way with all parties
Coordinate and supervise all aspects of scheduling and rotations related to the clinic
Perform the regular administration tasks and frequently report to the management as the focal point of contact Receptionist head and Administration Coordinator Duties:
Lead the receptionists day to day activities
Organize the scheduling of the patients in an optimal way based on company policy and regulations
Coordinate and supervise the rotational shifts of the receptionists and other staff members
Take responsibility of the inventory for the equipments, tools, supplies and consumables
Provide monthly performance reports to the management
Perform administration tasks for the employees
Handle all aspects of clinic logistics
Resolve patients conflicts in case they arise
Provide additional admin and logistics tasks as required by the management
Skill Set:
Strong client service/relationship focus with the ability to work in a multinational and diversified work environment
Experienced in the Medical administration field
Knowledge of IT and experienced in MS Office Suite
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Excellent oral communication, presentation and networking skills
Exceptional coordination, planning and organization skills
Knowledge of the structure of the healthcare or physiotherapist industry Degree and
Qualifications:
BS degree in business administration, medical assistant, or equivalent
