Your main responsibilities and tasks
- Set up a Business Development Plan on basis of the strategy defined by the Head of Branch
- Focus on Client Acquisition scheme
- Evaluate client investment objectives/ requirements and recommend strategies provided by BIL investment advisors based on the client’s risk profile and financial strength
- Initiate & develop relationships in order to attract new Private Banking Business
- Give a major contribution to the dynamic of the BIL Private Banking business by feeding the new-business pipeline
- Manage and develop a specific dedicated Asset Gathering channel, composed of an external network of intermediaries and referral agents
- Seek a positioning on the market as the first choice service provider for financial sector institution
- Having an internal ongoing & reactive approach by providing full support to the Client Advisors of your Market Group in order to enable their acquisition process
- Front coordination of client events
- Disciplined and systematic prospect pipeline management
- Contact all existing intermediaries and prospects in order to stimulate the business flow either through service proposals & product support
- Prospect for new intermediaries
- Provide periodic activity reports on commercial achievements, business trips, general information on the market that you cover (Middle East segment).
Your profile :
- You hold a Bachelor / Master degree in Economic, Finance or Business Administration
- You have 5 to 10-year experience in relationship management of private or corporate clients
- You speak fluently Arabic and you are fluent in English
- You are client-oriented with an extended commercial sense and a great ability to negotiate and discuss with professionals
- You have the availability to travel
- You are result oriented, autonomous and have a strong sense of organization
- You like working in a team
