Senior Web Developer
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development....
We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be lead the web development function of our rapidly expanding business based in Dubai.
You will be experience in delivering websites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
Responsibilities
· Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
· Knowledge of all major web coding languages, and an ability to create websites from scratch and using templates on CMS platforms such as Drupal & Wordpress.
· Knowledge integrating data from various back-end services and databases
· Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
· Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
· Ideally you will also have basic knowledge of creative software such as photoshop and illustrator, in order to make the development of websites more efficient.
Requirements
· Proven working experience in web programming – you will be required to showcase your previous builds, designs etc.
· Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS/PHP etc
· A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
· Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
· Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
· Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
Arabic knowledge will be added advantage .
