To Prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales process;
Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems
Facilitates no charge orders, processes credit memos, acts as a facilitator for return and repair issues, researches trade-in allowance and eligibility for warranties, provides information regarding order status and stock availability, orders product literature and/or provides customers with product/sales information as requested by sales team;
Works under general supervision, applies diversified procedures and standards;
Completes non-routine assignments that required a longer time frame;
Compiling and maintaining a list of prospective and current customers for use as sale leads;
Meeting and exceeding sales goals;
Talking with customers on the floor or phone;
Merchandising or rotating products according to company guidelines;
Displaying and demonstrating products, emphasizing salable features;
Attending meetings at corporate headquarters;
With Good communication skills and the right personality have a good chance of being hired. With enough experience and some additional education or training, advancement is a good possibility;
Enthusiastic; friendly; outgoing; good listener; excellent communication and presentation skills; knowledge of retail sectors of the fashion industry; good organizational and computer skills.
Nationality: Russian, Syrian & Philippine.
Experience: 1-2 Years.
