Site / Plant Manager
• Company’s entry point during Site Activities in front of the Customer
• Leads and is responsible for site activities performances during erection, start up, commissioning until taking over
• Check and validate Erection , Start up and Acceptance test completion
• Formalize Erection , Start up and Acceptance test completion with the Customer
• Transfer to FSE H&S Coordination Plan and is responsible for Safety on site
• Reports weekly Installation file progress to Installation Coordination Manager and Project Manager
• Daily manage with Customer and Service Engineer site activities programs
• Update the site activities planning ensuring the Service Engineer turnover on site for the installation and best Service Engineer optimization
• Requires the intervention of Service Engineers / Technical Analist in order to troubleshoot non-ordinary technical issues.
• Signs and authorize the worksheets intervention of Service Engineers and subcontractors
• Direct responsibility on installation cost, milestone respect and Customer Satisfaction
• Update planning and consequent cost analysis weekly
• Identify, measure and plans activities in order to reduce out of range
• Optimize logistic on site
• Responsible to attend meeting with customer in order to update the customer on the installation progresses
• Updates the PPP Installation Update the problems and materials report to share technical information and requires materials.
• Inform PM regarding activities and issues out of the contractual scope
• Service Engineer rating for end year evaluation
