Software Engineering Manager
Charterhouse is working with an innovative technology start-up, with a particular focus on education technology. Our client is looking into cutting edge projects with regard to to Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics.
This company is looking for an entrepreneurial individual who is very much hands-on in technology. You will be responsible for planning, road-mapping and the implementation of technology projects and product requirements based on the business and clients needs. You will also set standards and apply best practices to improve engineering processes and the delivery of quality products.
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years' experience as either a Senior Engineer or Architect and have extensive software engineering experience. At least 5 of these years should be as a proven leader; managing a team with a strong background in project / product management. A knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science projects will be advantageous. It is essential you are a talented Software Engineering Manager with strong experience within building scalable processes and effective organisations.
