•Familiar with SAP MM module.
•Oversees and administers the operations of a store. Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise. Provides information to and assists internal clients.
•Arranges and maintains stock levels according to forecasted needs of internal clients.
•Verifies ledgers, statements and supporting documents according to requirements and established procedures.
•Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to company policy.
•Review and assess requisitions to ensure information is meaningful and correct.
•Redirect requisitions to the proper channel as defined.
•Ensure bids and request for quotes are obtained according to procedures.
•Ensure standard payment terms are applied.
•Identify opportunities to improve the process.
•Ensure the highest compliance to procurement policy and procedures.
•Procure the right materials and services at the lowest total cost of ownership and have them available on time.
•Ensure continued supply and best value delivered.
•Monitor supplier performance
•Evaluate new suppliers based on established criteria.
•Identify causes of delays or inefficiencies in processes and take corrective action.
•Recommend areas for cost improvement and implement.
