Position Overview
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused, target oriented Store Manager for our retail shops in the UAE. (NOT PREFERRED INDIAN'S)
The role is responsible for the management and operation of the Boutique , responsible for the achievement of overall sales target / budgets , CRM , Stock control, control of merchandising, display and adequate pricing , manpower Planning, management and training of Staff , excerpt cash, credit and petty cash controls . The position needs to maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements, do weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting in addition to this insure of proper maintenance and overall shop / staff hygiene. Perform all functions carried out by shop supervisor and salesperson when needed.
